“The 4.04-tonne cake took 45 hours to cook, the giant sticky rice cake, made to celebrate the Angkor Sankranta Festival 2015 (in Siem Reap City), was included in the Guinness World Records in the afternoon of April 13, 2015 by a Guinness World Records judge," the Cambodian Chef Association, which made the cake, announced. Sokha Angkor’ Executive Chef which was part of the Chef Association is proud to see this great achievement!
