The team is amazing at Sokha is amazing! I was here and enjoyed the perfectly clean hotel, great rooms, amazing kindness and hospitality of the staff and loved the pool and gym. I was so happy that when I was stressed and needed even more assistance that Sorun Borey Sarith went out of his way to help me solve a serious passport issue! I've never had a hotel work this hard for their customers. Loved the commitment they have for the guests and truly felt like family. He was so happy to help me that he gave me a big hug! What a great place. I will be returning.

Service was great. Friendly and helpful staff. Chet in the dining room was an outstanding waiter and very attentive. And Sarith and Vanna were also very kind. The pool area was pleasant and relaxing and the grounds were well maintained. We would stay again when we return.

Excellent, friendly staff, especially Chet in breakfast room and all Reception staff. The hotel is very well located near central Siem Reap, with comfortable rooms and great pool in central garden. Easy access to Angkor temples and all the great restaurants in town

Hotel was terrific, really nice rooms and common areas. We spent three nights there at the beginning of our trip through Cambodia and Vietnam. Two couples traveling together - we all wanted massages and they were able to accommodate us at the same time. Our services were exceptional and very reasonable. Staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful, especially our server Chet who took care of us in both the restaurant and the bar. He is a great ambassador for the hotel; Chet is friendly, thoughtful, anticipated our needs, remembered what we liked to drink and was always willing to answer our questions about the the Siem Reap area and Cambodia in general. 5 Stars for him and the resort!

This hotel is beautiful! Gorgeous grounds, luxurious and comfortable rooms, as well as as an amazing spa. We spent thee nights and can highly recommend this hotel. The staff was also really wonderful to work with. A specific staff member, that worked both in the breakfast area and in the bar, is Chet. Chet was LOVELY. Professional, kind, and efficient. He paid close attention to what we needed and then began to anticipate my coffee each morning and had it ready for us. He was such a wonderful person to work with. I hope his boss sees this - he really helped make our trip more special! If you go - look for Chet. You won't be sorry!
