Despite the resort being quiet (as we stayed prior to high season), my husband and I had a wonderful time. They kindly decorated the room for our honeymoon. The rooms were spacious, the decor of the hotel was absolutely stunning and the staff were friendly and always happy to help. We appreciated the greetings from reception staff and the staff at breakfast. In spite of it being relatively quiet, there was more than enough variety for breakfast. The pool areas were clean and tidy. The hotel was conveniently located, close to a shopping centre and only a 15 minute walk from pub street. Would recommend.

From the moment we arrived we received exceptional service from the hotel and staff, collected from airport in a limo, on arrival original room I had booked had no balcony so the hotel changed our room for us with no hassle. I also struggled with wifi but the in house team put me on their system and had excellent wifi throughout my stay. Our original stay was booked for 5 nights, added an extra 4 nights, allowed us to do the temple sightseeing and also to have some down time to enjoy Siem Reap and the hotels facilities.
