Had a few outages (not resorts problems) , but did not defer us being treated to 5 star staff, from the housekeeping ,reception to all the staff there, could not recommend higher.
Service is impeccable will definitely stay there again

Muy bien ubicado. El señor Phy Lougn del Guest Service me facilito el cambio de habitación a una de categoría superior. Muy buen desayuno, variado. Nos permitirán un late check out por lo que pudimos tomar una ducha y descansar antes del largo vuelo de vuelta a España. Hotel muy recomendable

14時30分からハイティーを注文できます。格安でおしゃれな空間を楽しめます。
コーヒーやティーは飲み放題で、店員が何度もお代わりを聞いてきてくれてました。
ケーキもサンドイッチもとても美味しかったですし、なによりもホテル内の喫茶店ですので安心安全で清潔感に溢れていました。
日本だと数千円はしますし、お得感満載です！

The Hotel has it all, from beautiful decoration, amazing swimming pool, staff ready and happy to assist you in every single way, the area for gym and spa also was complete and fulfilled our needs, we received a few gifts along our stay, like sweets after cleaning the room, very nice Leakna from the front desk bought the hammocks for us before we left in the early morning they were there ready for us! Because we wanted but we didn’t know the market was closed the night before. Thank you all of the staff making our stay so especial and unforgettable. Looking forward to see you all sometime again! The best five star hotel in Siem Reap. the services are beautiful ,helpful staffs especially Ms. leakna very friendly. breakfast is perfect. my room is clean and nice facing to the big pool. I will come back again
