The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are very comfortable, spacious and have everything you need. The staff can’t do enough to help and Lina was amazing being very attentive and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for her at any time. Great place to stay in Siem Reap

Just magnificent hotel in Siem Reap. The bedroom was majestic. The facilities were outstanding. We had fantastic service from all employees at this hotel, especially Chet and Vinahav in the breakfast buffet room who were so helpful. Would definitely go back to this hotel.

We waren er met 4 tieners, die zich de hele dag vermaakt hebben in en aan het zwembad. Fijne bedjes en ook genoeg bedjes. Sowieso heel erg mooi zwembad, aardige bediening. Lekker gelunched aan het zwembad. Zit ook een spa bij. Zag er mooi uit!!

部屋がとても綺麗でベッドがふかふかだったまた掃除が行き届いていてよかった。
朝食のビュッフェがとてもおいしかった。
とても充実した日々を過ごせました。

Wir hatten versehendlich ein Zimmer ohne Balkon gebucht und das Upgrade abends war für die Crew selbstverständlich Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit besonders Frau Lina in der Bar hat uns außergewöhnlich betreut. Es war kein Problem kurzfristig einen Massage Termin zu bekommen.

We had accidentally booked a room without a balcony and the upgrade in the evening was a given for the crew. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Lina in the bar who looked after us exceptionally well. It was no problem to get a massage appointment at short notice.
