Service : wonderful service crew. Spoke excellent English. Andwe have no issue communicating our instruction even over the phone to get extra towel.
Mr Thea who is the front office manager were extremely kind and attentive. He sent extra bottles of water to our room when he knew that we are going to angkhor wat the next day. He also arranged the hotel staff to prepped breakfast for us to eat in the car on the day we are visiting Angkor wat and we have to leave the hotel at 5 am!
Really appreciate the warm hospitality.
Made us feel so safe and well- taken care of away from home.
This will definitely be the hotel of choice when we come back again.

Beautiful hotel
I recently visited this lovely hotel and it’s definitely worth a stay. Fairly central and the staff were great. The Cambodian people are excellent and this shows in this hotel. The breakfast was nice and the rooms were huge with excellent amenities.
A fabulous place to stay, very nice rooms and amenities
Good spacious room with good amenities. Balcony view is very good, despite overlooking the swimming pool, wonderful setting though. Air con is kept on throughout, so when one enters the room, it is immediately cool and welcoming. The toiletries provided were first class. The shower cubicle faucet is one of the best I have experienced. No time spent in investigating which is what and waiting for hot water to take its time in coming. Shower comes on immediate, hot water is almost instantaneous and the faucets themselves are absolutely no nonsense. Wonderful! The commode water spray pressure was spot on and effective. Many other hotels could do well to emulate. Replacement of towels was dependent on the housekeeping staff. While for the most days this was correctly done, one of the days, only half the number were replaced. Staff are very friendly and courteous. One of them at the Irish Bar was particularly very efficient and spoke good English. This is uncommon, very welcome though. One of the days my laundry was handed over to me at the door by a lady staff on a tray. Nice touch! Had only 1 gripe. The chairs in the room are so hard that one cannot sit continuously for more than 5 minutes without shifting or moving around. Could do with some cushioning. Hotel is situated quite conveniently close to the centers of the city, all being within a km or so. Would anyone and everyone to stay here. Kudos to the Hotel Management for maintaining it to high standards.
mixing a work conference and pleasure
Had a most enjoyable stay here with my wife and two boys. I was here for a work conference and the family came along. We had two executive rooms together, which allowed enough space in the fully appointed rooms. Wifi access, room service and rooms cleaned every day. Swimming pool had a great surround and felt resort like. The Japanese style restaurant was great and a breakfast buffet with many cuisines to choose from. General Staff and Greeting staff very pleasant and helpful. In all a great location and easy access to Angkor Wat, Pub street and Siam reap sites.
