This is a resort which will make you feel very relaxed and comfortable. The lobby always smelled of jasmine plus lemongrass, and we loved it. We have a favourite doorman who greeted us with a cheerful smile and always knew the right things to say whenever we left or returned to the hotel. The first day we arrived, we were offered an iced drink and a cold towel each to cool down. The staff brought us to our rooms and explained about the air-condition controls, the minibar etc., and the bellboy came with our luggage shortly after. Breakfast spread was good and quality was there. I was really surprised to find mini eggs benedicts which weren't too bad! But at the eggs station, you'd be better off with
sunny side-ups than 'scrambled eggs'. Noodle soup was great, especially after adding a little bit of chilli padi. We also enjoyed our time at the salt-water pool. The staff also offered us cold towels- thoughtful. Location-wise, it was good enough for us- less than 15 mins tuk-tuk ride to anywhere, and so close to the phare circus, not to mention a mini-mart just across the road. Finally, I'd like to commend the staff for their efforts in locating and delivering my wallet, which I had absent-mindedly left in the hotel room when we checked out and only recalled when I was already back in Singapore. Thanks Sokha! (Note: easier to communicate with the staff via emails than phone calls)
Room Tip: Opt for pool-view rooms instead of "city-view" “Pool View rooms are nice overlooking the attractive courtyard & pool, and just a little more expensive. However the pool area can be noisy if there are small children around so next time I might prefer City View. :-)” (WorldGolfTraveler)
Stayed at this hotel last week. Great value for a 4 star hotel. Lovely bathrooms, good position, fabulous staff and a great pool. Would highly recommend. Mini marts and sops very close and within easy walking distance.

Spent 2 nights here and have to say it was great. Spacious room, huge pool, beautiful lobby, and great spa. Breakfast buffet was top notch which is hard to find. During our stay it was my Birthday and the hotel delivered a great Bday cake in the evening to our room as a surprise. If we stayed again i would book a pool view room which gives you a balcony with table and chairs. Also it is true, they have a pillow menu.
Room Tip: Pay extra for a pool view with balcony

Soon as I walked into this hotel,I was immediately impressed. The beautiful smiles on the faces of the staff and their greetings to you was very heartwarming. The best part of it all was that they meant it.Every time you stepped foot in the place, the manners were still there. The staff overall went out of their way to help you. The rooms were very good. The king size bed was also very impressive. The meals, presentation, decor was amazing. Walk outside the swimming pool area made one think that they were in another world, not a so called"third world"country.
Room Tip: Ask for a king size bed.My room was very quite, as were all the others I believe. My fellow traveler...
