This hotel is perfectly located for visiting Siem Reap and all its temples. Temples are close by and best of all it's 10/15 minutes walk to the night market. After a day's visit to the temple, it's an easy stroll to the main street for dinner and visit the market. We've got a 2 bedroom suite, extremely spacious and very good value for money. Staffs are very friendly and efficient. It's not the most luxurious place but it serves its purpose perfectly considering people are mainly coming here to visit all the temples.

Lovely interior with some unique architectural features that give you a taste of the local culture and history. The staff were all extremely pleasant to deal with. They set me up with an excellent tour guide which i really appreciated. The spa was not as "plush" as some I have been too, but the service was fantastic and i enjoyed the experience. Overall a very good experience and I would definitely go back.

From the moment you arrive this place is beautiful. The entranceway is bigger than most Australian house and land packages! The decorative aspects are impressive without being over the top. The service was great. The pool is spectacular with the water appearing to be fresh - no chlorine here folks! We had a room that faced out to the street (probably cheapest room) but it was very comfortable and not noisy.
Communal areas of dining room, pool, computer area, lobby and upstairs sitting area all very comfortable.
Although not right in the heart of town, an easy walk to restaurants, shops etc. and about 20 mins to temples.Best/funniest thing - the 'pillow menu' - your choice of 7 different types - you know you've
Our stay was better than expected. The room was spacious, comfortable, and cool with a huge beda dn a large bathroom. The view of the pool was an added bonus. The breakfast buffet had considerable variety, expecially for people of different cultures, and the food was fresh, aesthetically presented and tasty. The staff had a good comand of English - not just the reception staff but kitchen staff and cleaners as well. The concierges were
diligent and helpful in booking a car and driver, a tuk-tuk driver and a guide. Reception did not charge as extra for an additional two hours for the room after checkout and were also very helpful eloiciting local knowledge about facilities in the region. The internet was fully operable and reliable. The resport has a range of restaurants, cafes, spas and a well-stocked gift shop. My wife had a massage as well as a pedicure, indicating that both were high quality and excellent value for money. Patrons respected the "No Smoking" requirements of our floor, the lobby and the breakfast room - a welcome change from other countries we have visited. I am considering using the resort as a venue for future staff conferences and student excursions, the latter to study the Angkorian temples.
