avons séjournez quelques jours dans cet hotel,en février 2013.la grande classe au coeur se siem reap.prendre juste en petit déjeuner,car il ya tellement de restos aux allentours,pour des prix imbattables.aucuns soucis ,pour se promener seul le soir.il ya beaucoup de temples magnifiques a visiter,pour moi, les plus beau du monde.

Very nice place to stay. We had 3 rooms. 2 rooms with connecting rooms and another one with triple sharing. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Beds and pillows are comfortable.
Breakfast is okay but maybe can serve different varieties for different day. Services at the breakfast area can further improve. It took us 3 reminders before our coffee or tea are served.
Pool is nice. We had our enjoyable time swimming at the pool and places under shade for my old folks to laze around.
Strategic location. All attractions within 5 to 15 minutes drive. There is a convenience store nearby and is a walking distance to Night Market and Pub Street or you can take Tuk Tuk for around USD3 for 4

Staff are friendly. If they can pay a little more attention to details, that would be perfect. At the restaurant, we have to keep asking for coffee, they don't refill your empty cups without your request. They keep removing your big empty dishes, but the small ones remain. We saw small roaches inside the room a few times. Not sure if it's due to the fumigation that they mentioned in a notice inside the room. Other than that, my stay is wonderful. The bell would run to you to pick up your luggage. The front desk would seat you at the lobby, and bring you drinks and paperwork. You don't have to stand around waiting to check in. The room is big. Our room is facing the street. I don't find it noisy at all. The air conditioning is

Great hotel, nice view of the pool, limited breakfast selection for my taste considered this is a luxury hotel. Mixed architectural of both modern and traditional design.Pricing is fair. Overall good experience.

객실이랑 식당이 너무 멉니다. 본관 빌라관이 따로 있는데 본관에서 식사가기가 정말 멉니다. 도착하니 자리가 없어 그냥나왔습니다. 수영장 시설이 좋습니다. 와이파이 되는 곳만 됩니다.
