Bel ensemble , chambres immenses , piscine agréable ,personnel assez lointain mais c est toujours pareil dans les très grandes structures . Un bon choix dans l ensemble un peu cher avec le rajout des taxes a chaque adition ..

My family and I were so pleased with our stay here for our holiday vacation. The staff was so polite, great customer service! Clean and quiet rooms, great breakfast buffet, beautiful pool and spa. Location is perfect for Angkor Wat during the day and Pub Street and the night market in the evening. A bank is across the street for easy ATM access and a convenience store is also across the street for easy access to anything we needed. We will be back!

We stayed here for the Christmas break and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our room was spacious and clean - we had everything we needed and it was well maintained throughout our stay. The hotel and grounds were fantastically decorated for the season. The pool was a great place to relax with no hassling over sun beds - apart from one extremely rude spa user who insisted that a particular sun bed belonged to him as he had been using it for 4 years and who proceeded to throw our belongings into the bushes. But the staff were very good about it as they were about everything so that we felt well looked after and welcome. They organised all our transport needs - nothing was too much trouble. 近畿日本ツーリストのツアーで、2015年12月27日チェックイン、30日にチェックアウトしました。ジュニアスイートに泊まりました。
まず、ホテルスタッフが、フレンドリーで、サービスが良いです。困っているとみると、すぐに声を掛けてくれます。非常に助かりました。食事もおいしかったです。朝食ビュッフェとラウンジでの朝食、竹園という日本食レストランを利用しました。海外では、日本食レストランは、まず利用しませんが、サービスのバウチャーがあったので、利用してみました。結果、普通の和食が食べられました。

また機会があったら、利用したいと思います。
