In posizione perfetta offre un servizio eccellente, bella piscina, colazione a buffet con una scelta praticamente illimitata, camere spaziose e dotate di ogni confort. Personale cordiale e sempre disponibile. Spa, palestra, centro massaggi, bar e diversi ristoranti.

I visited the hotel for business two years ago and liked it very much. Family stay, this time, and we loved it. The rooms are great, the resort beautiful, we loved the pool. Staff is really excellent and helpful for anything you need our ask.

Can't wait to come back again.

Two minor remarks: air con is very strong in the public areas, and the huge temperature difference with outside is sometime hard to cope with. Also here, the sausages and eggs smell quite strong throughout the breakfast restaurant, which is not the best after a fresh shower on the morning!

Sehr gutes, sauberes und vor allem zentral gelegenes Stadthotel (wir würden 4 - 5 Sterne für dieses Hotel geben) ist nicht mehr das neuste, aber sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal
Unser Zimmer war immer sauber, es wurde sogar 2 x am Tag die Wasserflaschen hingestellt - einziger Minuspunkt: im Bad leichte Abnutzungsspuren. Das Bett ist mittelhart. Unser Zimmer ging zur Strasse raus, obere Etage. Wir haben den Verkehr aber so gut wir gar nicht gehört, die Klimaanlage ist aber zu hören. Wer es schöner haben möchte, sollte ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick zum Pool buchen. Der Pool ist zwar klein, aber sehr schön und gepflegt.

シェムリアップの中心部に位置し､オールドマーケットへは徒歩15分。トゥクトゥクで約5分。周囲にはレストランやコンビニ､スーパーマーケットもありとても便利。

■利用客室
プールビューのデラックスツイン

/>約40㎡の広い客室に､ゆったりとしたシングルベッドが２つ､テーブルと椅子､デスク､クローゼッﾄ､冷蔵庫､湯沸し器､セフティboxを完備。浴室は､大理石のバスタブと独立したシャワーブース。アメニテイはシャンプー､コンディショナｰに加えて､日本のホテル並みに､歯ブラシsetや髭剃り用のカミソリまである。Wifiも問題なく繋がる。
残念なのは､テーブルやクローゼット等の調度品､浴槽の大理石が古くなり､色褪せや汚れ､ひび割れた箇所が随所に見受けられること。ターンダウンサービスもある。

■食事
朝食は､フルアメリカンのバフェに加えて地元料理もあり､朝から何を食べようか迷う位に豊富な種類が用意されている。 夕食の「The Lotus」も､種類豊富なカンボジア料理は､どれも丁寧な作りで､とても美味しい。4泊中､ここで3回も夕食をしたのですが､料金も安く､充分に価値がある内容です。

■フロント
ホテルに午前10時に到着したが､直ぐにチェックイン後､部屋に入れてくれた。ホテルのスタッフは､フロントもコンシュルジュもレストランも､とても親切で心地よい。

■総評
オープン当時は､かなりゴージャスなホテルであったはずのこのホテルも､オープンから11年､客室もロビーも随所に傷んだところが目立ち､全面リノベーションをしなければならない時期に達している。サービスがとてもいいホテルなので､部屋のリノベーションさえされていれば､最上級の評価でした。でも､料金が安いので､その分コスパは高く､再訪してもいいホテルです。
