Really enjoy to stay in this hotel

Wir waren begeistert von diesem Hotel, das unser Reisebüro für uns ausgesucht hatte. Die Angestellten waren extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren groß und wir hatten ein riesiges, bequemes Bett, auf dem wir unsere Reisepläne und Reiseführer rund um uns ausbreiten konnten. Das Hotel verfügt auch über einen wunderschönen großen Pool. Nach der anstrengenden Erkundung von Angkor Wat freuten wir uns jeden Tag auf diese kühle Erfrischung. Essen und Getränke waren ebenfalls sehr gut. Auch Drinks mit Eiswürfeln haben wir problemlos genießen können. Our three night stay was wonderful.
Customer service in all areas of the hotel was excellent. The foyer, restaurants, pool and our room were fabulous although there was a smoke smell of an evening wafting in from other rooms below.

We were astonished by the size of the resort when we arrived - probably because we had not read the description properly. However this made it all the better.

Pick-up from the airport was perfect as was check-in. Our room was excellent - the biggest bed we have ever seen - and very comfortable. A beautiful swimming pool very close to our bedroom.

We were only in Siem Reap for two nights, and the evening we arrived we arranged with the hotel for a driver to take us round Angkor Wat. It was organised beautifully and was very good value (with plenty of bottles of water and ice-cold towels, both of which were much appreciated :-) )

サービスが充実しています。スタッフのChetraさんのケアーで快適な素晴らしい滞在になりました。また今度も滞在したいと考えてます。プールもありアイリシュパブも有りリゾート感満載のとても良いホテルだと思います。値段もリーズナブルで満足感一杯の旅になりました。どうもありがとうございました。パブストリート近くで歩いても行ける距離に有り。ロケーションは最高です。ついつい飲みすぎてしまい唯一の欠点といえばそこのみです
