From the moment we arrived we received exceptional service from the hotel and staff, collected from airport in a limo, on arrival original room I had booked had no balcony so the hotel changed our room for us with no hassle. I also struggled with wifi but the in house team put me on their system and had excellent wifi throughout my stay. Our original stay was booked for 5 nights, added an extra 4 nights, allowed us to do the temple sightseeing and also to have some down time to enjoy Siem Reap and the hotels facilities.

I am very happpy with the service of Sokha Angkor Hotel. they provide an excellent services for more expectation during we were there for 3days. Every staffs are friendly and smile for everytime with full of experiences.

The rooms may not be brand new, but very stilish and nice furniture at the balcony. The breakfast buffet show that we are in Asia, but it's quite OK.
I can warmly recommend the massage at the hotel even through it's a bit more expensive than other places near by.
Very nice pool area.
