Lovely place to stay. Excellent clean rooms, good breakfast and the staff were unfailingly charming. The pool was amazing after a hot day at the temples. The main eating and drinking area (Pub Street) was a 10 minute walk away but why bother when a tuk-tuk ride for 2 or 3 dollars will take you anywhere in the town. Only minor complaint would be the view from our particular room but we were hardly there in daylight. No idea about value as it was part of our modest package but thoroughly recommended.

Excellent hospitality with friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location. Clean and tidy. It was our anniversary and we were upgraded to a suite with nice rose petals decoration. Truly appreciate the nice gesture and we definitely had a great time.
Highly recommended and we will be back.

“5* Traditional Hotel in Siem Reap.”

First rate traditional hotel close to the centre of Siem Reap. Efficient helpful staff that responded helpfully to any and all requests, from the meet and greet through to advice on where and what to do. Good sized room well equipped with quality fitting and furniture. Huge comfortable bed with clean linen, serviced twice a day.
Breakfast and bar meals were comprehensive however we did not take evening meals in the hotel preferring to eat out. The hotel has a number of bars and places to eat.
Located within easy walking distance to local facilities and shops. Served by lots of Tuk Tuk affiliated to the hotel. Do bargain, it's part of the fun!
Airport transfers and local
tours were well organised on our behalf and were most interesting. It is essentially to see both the Genocide Museum and the Killing fields. (The audio guide is excellent). Both were a very moving experience.
The pool area is very different in design spoiled slightly by being enclosed. Pool service is good.
If you get the chance, and it is appropriate try the Presidential Suite which has lots of Wow.
A very enjoyable stay and we would recommend this hotel

“Decent hotel in Siem Reap”

I stayed here for a couple of nights in January 2014. The rooms are clean, but the furniture and floors show signs of age. The facilities are nice - I especially liked the design of the pool area. The quality of the breakfast buffet is decent, but the restaurant is too small to accommodate all guests during peek breakfast times, leading to long queues and a waiting time for table. Overall, I found the staff helpful, but not very flexible. I asked for a late check-out and was told that I could only extend for 2 hours and would have to pay $60 per room if I stayed an hour longer.
We arrived with kids and grandparents in tow, worried about keeping everyone happy, but it all worked out perfectly. The airy lobby and mid-century style seats welcomed us, and the staff treated each of us like old friends. We walked everywhere... See More
