Stayed here on a trip to Angkor Wat. Well appointed hotel with great lobby area. Check-in was efficient. Room was very large and had the biggest bed I have ever slept in - I am 191cm (76 inches) so I like a large bed - this was heaven for me and may have biased my review. Bathroom was also big with all the usual stuff. Wi-Fi was free. Room had a nice view inwards to the pool area which I prefer to looking at the chaos of the streets (outwards). The pool area was terrific - I did not have the time to use the pool but the party I was with had a special dinner at the pool with a private show of local young dancers - absolutely knockout night - even if it was 37 degrees (100F).
Breakfast was buffet with omelettes made
to order. This was a great buffet that catered for all nationalities - Japanese, European, Chinese, locals and other Westerners. Great value.
We spent three days here in March. It was lovely to come back to this hotel after very long HOT(110 degrees) days of sightseeing. The pool was very refreshing, the service was wonderful and the food was good. Most of the food had an Asian touch but then again, you ARE in Asia. The room was spacious and had a great shower. We had no trouble with anyone stealing anything but as experienced travelers, we know not to leave valuables out in the room In fact, we have inexpensive watches and cheap jewelery to wear on trips so if someone does steal something, they're not going to get much. We wopuld probably go back to this hotel.
Room Tip: ask for one overlooking the pool

So, you are looking for a place to serve as your base camp while you explore the Angkor Wat complex. And believe me, you are going to need a nice place to hang out after a tiring day of exploring and sight-seeing at the mammoth "campus" of sites in this area. You might do better than this hotel; and, I'd say it was right up there. There's a fine lobby, helpful staff, a nice bar, a spectacular outdoor venue for shows (which are put on for small tour groups) and good food. There's also an upscale shopping area with higher prices than you might find in the market, and goods you might not find there either. We found this place to be an excellent choice all the way around. Good rooms as well. Oh, and they have a group doing foot

Loved this hotel, such a great location. So close that you can walk to Pub Street with all it's activity but when you return from the hotel you feel like you're in a different city. Very calm, peaceful and beautiful Loved the hardwood floors in the room. The breakfast was very good, lots of choices and the staff spoke very good English, Was happy with the food in the pub- after two weeks of eating Asian (which I love, but 14 days...?) I was happy to order pasta bolognese and it was quite tasty- I'm not talking Little Italy quality but it hit the spot- and so so cheap! We were there during Golden Week so many Chinese families which made the
dining room a little tight. Had a good massage in the spa- well worth the $35 (yes $35!). Check out the sign in the spa- "Chan ging" room. Made me understand the language so much better with that sign. Enjoy!
