From the moment you enter the hotel a welccoming scent of lemongrass and the refreshing airconditioned lobby is exactly what you want to come home to after a day or market shopping or temple climbing or sight seeing. It is not like a 5 star hotels in Bali or Thailand, it's like a 5 star hotel should be. The rooms are beautiful and clean with daily room cleaning and a turn down service. The staff speak good English so it is not difficult to explain an unusual request and everyone is so happy to help. My only regret is that I found the day spa sooner. Receiving a complimentry foot massage on arrival it took be until the last day to use it and then wasn't long before I was back there. The food is good including the buffet
breakfast which has fresh fruit, pastries, pho, toast and breads and other Asian delights. Location is perfect walking distance to pub street (main street) and a short tuktuk drive to the temples. I will be back very soon!
My wife and I shared five wonderful nights in this hotel and thought everything was outstanding. Food, room service, location, room, facilities, pool, breakfast, staff and the general vibe were all absolutely fantastic. We will be back - thank you!
