Big hotel, well located in the center of Siem Riap. Nice buffet breakfast at the Lotus Restaurant but the other restaurant are a bit of a disappointment. The swimming pool area is nice, service a tad slow, the spa treatment are good and the price decent. This hotel is mostly frequented by Asian groups > China and Korea. The people working are very kind and trying their best. 
Ask for a room on the swimming pool.

We stayed here for the New Year vacation. It's a4- star hotel with a lot of Japanese clients. There are a lot of clients.... but very good service at the breakfast buffet. The croissants( plain butter, almond and chocolate) at the breakfast are delicious. We are sure that the bakery is fresh....because there is promotion sale(like in Thailand) after 6.00pm. You can see that many Cambodian people buy it. But they don't have Promotion sale label 55( like at Grand Hyatt Erawan Hotel in Thailand- known only by local people :-) I know it because I ask my tour guide 55.

The room and bathroom are big. The pool is nice too.

I am glad to know that it is the local hotel owned by Cambodian people.

Bel ensemble , chambres immenses , piscine agréable ,personnel assez lointain mais c est toujours pareil dans les très grandes structures . Un bon choix dans l ensemble un peu cher avec le rajout des taxes a chaque adition ..

My family and I were so pleased with our stay here for our holiday vacation. The staff was so polite, great customer service! Clean and quiet rooms, great breakfast buffet, beautiful pool and spa. Location is perfect for Angkor Wat during the day and Pub Street and the night market in the evening. A bank is across the street for easy ATM access and a convenience store is also across the street for easy access to anything we needed. We will be back!

We stayed here for the Christmas break and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our room was spacious and clean - we had everything we needed and it was well maintained throughout our stay. The hotel and grounds were fantastically decorated for the season. The pool was a great place to relax with no hassling over sun beds - apart from one extremely rude spa user who insisted that a particular sun bed belonged to him as he had been using it for 4 years and who proceeded to throw our belongings into the bushes. But the staff were very good about it as they were about everything so that we felt well looked after and welcome. They organised all our transport needs - nothing was too much trouble.
