Уже в холле понимаешь - отель шикарен!персонал улыбается, двери с поклоном открывают !высокие потолки, хрустальные люстры, широкие диваны, после обеда в холле живая национальная музыка.
Номер большой, все есть от тапок до рассесок. Балкон с видом на бассейн.
Шведский стол богатый и вкусный. В отеле есть 2-3 бара.ресторана.

年末年始に利用しました。
フロントには日本人のスタッフがいて、ホテルの施設について一通りの説明をしてくれました。
部屋はアジアンテイストで広く、清潔感も十分あります。
シャワールームですが、施設が古いこともあり、カビが若干気になりました。
お湯の出が悪いこともありませんでした。
年越しのガラディナーでは、屋外のプールのまわりが装飾されゴージャスでした。ステージには歌手が順番に歌を歌っていたり、年越しの際には風船があげられたり、シャンパンが配られたりと楽しませてくれました。

Very nice hotel close to restaurants, bars and markets. The rooms on the side of the main road can be noisy though. Very friendly staff and great spa area although the pool was closed after 5 pm for a private event for the 5 days we were there.

This full-service hotel was a surprise in Siem Reap. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, the service is impeccable and the creature comforts rival luxury hotels in big cities. Rooms were ample and well-appointed, bathrooms were clean and very large and the bed comfortable and large enough to sleep at least 4 people. My only regret is that we only had a brief overnight stay in this hotel.

Hotel was really good. All staff were very polite, attentive, courteous and helpful at all times.
City was manic with scooters, tuk tuk's etc, but all enhanced the experience. 
Would definitely come here again.
