When we come first time in siem reap we stay in this hotel really very best place for stay .. room are really excellent, with comfortable bed , staff is good , house keeping service is good , spa is good , swimming pool is good , value for money , we often visit there for lunch & dinner my wife like it a lot to sit there & especially cake ...

外観や施設はもちろん素敵ですが、部屋も広くとても快適でした。早くに予約したので、特典もありましたが、サービスも気配りも最高です。従業員もすれ違いざまに気持ち良く挨拶をしてくれます。もう少しお金と時間に余裕があれば、プールで泳いだり、ジムで運動したり、スパにも行きたかったです。他にもたくさんホテルはありましたが、出来ることならば、またこちらに泊まりたいと思います。フロントに日本人がいると更に最高です。

Hotel was very elegant.we would recommended this hotel as not far from the airport and a trip to the stunning temples.staff were helpful, polite and courteous.

Our room was lovely, overlooking the beautiful pool. The staff were wonderful & the 3 restaurants we tried were diverse, all wonderful & very reasonably priced. We also used a guide & driver organised through the hotel & they were fantastic. We had a wonderful stay & I highly recommend the hotel. It's also in a good location in Siem Reap, in walking distance to the excellent museum, though a tuk tuk ride is a cheap, fun & quicker way to get around.

Location was excellent.Staff was excellent.There could have been better options of dishes at breakfast.
Rooms were good although they are in need of a makeover. Loved the pool after a day of visiting the temples.
