My husband and I Stayed at the Sokha Angkor for our honeymoon and had a great time. The staff were extremely hospitable and warm. We ate traditional Cambodian food at their restaurant and I highly recommend the duck curry! One of the days we stayed, we booked a tour to see the temple with the hotel's private car and English speaking tour guide. Our tour guide, Pang Kun, took us to the three main temples and was very knowledgable. Kun went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. It wouldn't have been the same without him!

I stayed here with my family for 1 week, staff were very friendly and helpful, our first room was on the 3rd floor which was being refurbished at the time and there were some strong fumes, we asked for change in floors to get away from the fumes. The staff were very good and helpful and relocated us to the second floor which was much better. We had 2 interconnecting rooms with balcony overlooking the pool, the beds were very large and had a pillow menu. Breakfast was included and consisted of a huge variety of western and asian food, we hired a tuk tuk from the front of the hotel for $20 a day and it took us everywhere we wanted to go, will say here again on next visit

The location is great. You can make your walk easily to the new national museum and to the old market. The service is good; staffs are friendly and nice. The swimming pool is large and quite scenic which is good for those who like taking photos. I do recommend this resort.
