My wife and I stayed here in Nov 2017. sorry for the late review.

Overall great hotel. 

we had a small technical issue due to us arriving earlier than scheduled. we were meant to stay in HoiAn for a few extra days. But it got hit by the Typhoon and Donald Trump decided to stay a few days after his visit, which we heard from friends, that a few of the main roads were closed, which caused havoc. 

we decided to cancel our stay in Hoian and spend 4 days rather than 2 in Siem Reap.

to be honest we loved it and probably because it was the first time in the holiday we were feeling 30 degree heat also. the hotel is in a great location, you can get the tuk tuk or just walk into the

The hotel is beautiful. From the moment they picked us up at the airport to the very last detail, we felt welcomed and satisfied. The staff was great helping us organize our itinerary and we did everything we wanted t do efficiently. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND the following driver and the following private guide in Siem Reap. From the moment we arrived and were greeted with first class service. The Hotel is grand and beautifully presented. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms more than generous. The service by all the staff was outstanding and couldn't be faulted. It is just a short took ride to all the Bars and Restaurants on offer. this hotel is very deserving of it's 5 Star rating.

도착한날 공항 픽업서비스 신청했었는데 엄청 시원한 벤이 왔더라구요. 그때부터 호텔이 좋아졌어요. 화장실은 좀 낡았지만 깨끗했고 룸도 깨끗했어요. 벌레도 없고. 펍스트리트하고는 좀 멀지만 툭툭타면 금방 가요. 걸어가기는 길 상태가 별로여서 좀 힘들어요. 대신 브라운커피는 바로 길 건너편에 있어서 자주 갔어요. 길 건너는게 좀 무섭지만 점점 익숙해지더라구요. 부모님이랑 같이 갔는데 너무 더워서 힘들어하셔서 밖에 식당보다 룸서비스 많이 이용했는데 시엠립샌드위치? 진짜 맛있어요 싸고.
