社員の団体旅行で2018年1月末に2泊しました。日本人スタッフの対応でウエルカムドリンクとミントの香りの冷やしたタオルのサービスがあり、長旅の疲れが癒されました。部屋をはじめ館内の清掃も行き届いていました。プールを望む部屋からのロケーションはよかったです。朝食は種類も多く、十分堪能できました。ホテルの出入りはドアマンがおりセキュリティーに安心感がありました。ホテルのすぐ近くにコンビニがあり便利でした。ホテルスタッフの笑顔の対応もよかったです。

The hotel has consistently convinced me. The check inn was fast and very friendly, the included airport transfer was perfectly organized. The room was a dream and came very close to a suite. Gorgeous beds and quiet location were just the thing after the somewhat exhausting sightseeing tours. In a few minutes walk to Downtown with many delicious restaurants. So thumbs up and five stars

Stayed 10 days in the hotel, made the Temple tours, played golf, relaxed and enjoyed the city. 15 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes walking distance to nightmarket-pub street. We had a room to the pool which was very nice (and is a Must). Rooms are clean and reasonable big with a small balcony. Bed was huge and we liked it. Hotel offers everything from different restaurants (we only tried the japanese one - Takezono - which was very good and a nice alternative to going out in the city especially After a Long day in Angkor wat) to spa, gym or souvenir Shopping. Breakfast was good, Even as it was very crowded as Most guests leave at the Same time to go to the temples. Poolarea is super cool, you can enjoy the Pool nearly

We stayed for two nights, the first of which was our Silver wedding anniversary. I had contacted the hotel earlier, to ask if they could do anything to surprise my husband but they did so much more than I could ever have anticipated! We had fruit in the room on arrival and a beautiful message in petals on the bed. At dinner that evening, a table had been prepared with petals to decorate it and all the waiting staff presented us with a fabulous cake and wished us a happy anniversary. We had fruit and cheese in the room the next day, as well as chocolates. It made for a truly special occasion and I can’t thank them enough. We chose this as our last stop of our 3 week holiday of Vietnam and Cambodia and wanted a relaxing resort as a restful way to spend our final 4 nights. This certainly lived up to that, with beautiful adjoining rooms for us and our teenage boys overlooking the amazing pool. The staff we very accommodating and we enjoyed the spa services which were quite reasonable. We also used the extensive gym and enjoyed a couple of the restaurants. Close enough to a few shops and restaurants outside to walk and only a $2 tuk tuk ride to town. You wont be disappointed in this 5 star resort with everything you need. Loved the doorman too who was just like in the pictures
