The hotel was absolutely beautiful, from the grand reception Hall where very friendly staff greeted you on arrival to our rooms which were very spacious with great amenities; hairdryer, dressing gown, slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, razor with shaving cream, shower cap, shower gel and shampoo, nail files and complimentary small bottles of water daily. Our room was a Superior room with a pool view and balcony which was lovely to sit on at night. On arrival we could ere given a free foot massage treatment and discount to use in the hotel spa however we didn't use these as didn't have time but this was a good addition! There were restaurants within the hotel however we did not dine in them as prices were higher than
options on the infamous Bar Street in the town of Siem Reap. The breakfast was a buffet with hot food-waffles, bacon, sausages, Thai noodles and stir fry and cold buffet with pastries and small cakes and cereal as well as fresh juice and tea and coffee. The outdoor pool was very beautiful, we went for night swims until 8pm when it was quiet and peaceful with a water feature and decoration similar to Angkor Wat. The hotel is in an ideal location with mini markets across from the hotel, Tuk Tuks are available within the hotel parking too, for a few dollars you can be taken to the main area: Bar Street with restaurants, bars and night Markets or walk as we did for 15-20 mins. The roads are quite wild with not much attention to traffic light signals but using common sense and fearlessness it is OK!Early morning airport rides in taxis are only ten mins but 20 mins in the evening. I would recommend this hotel highly and we will be visiting Siem Reap again and definitely staying here!!
After the exertions of climbing around the many temples close by, it was just reward to return to this wonderful hotel and simply slide into the pool and do nothing. A cool drink in the bar followed by a meal in the top class restaurant was a daily pleasure. All the staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. You'll love it here!!
This is a beautiful hotel worthy of its five star status and conveniently located for Angkor Wat. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming and the hotel was spotlessly clean. We had a lovely room overlooking the tranquil pool area. We were welcomed on arrival with a delicious fruit drink and there was complimentary fruit and water in the room.
Fabulous hotel! The grounds and pool were fantastic and the staff was super friendly! Loved the food! Also the spa and massage area was great and very reasonable. Overall a 5 out of 5!
