An absolute HIGHLIGHT of our trip to Angkor Wat...

Being part of a 29 people excursion from a Princess cruise ship to view Angkor Wat, we flew from Vietnam and spent a few memorable days in this very luxurious hotel in December 2017. Wonderful experience, 2nd. floor room overlooking the pool. We were amazed by the beautiful room, and the large size of the bed--extra large and very comfortable. We were treated to an EXCEPTIONAL buffet, (close to 100 ft. long), for only 29 guests--and a special dance show was put on just for us--we felt like royalty. All the food in the restaurant was first class. My wife also had a massage--after which "WE DID NOT WANT TO GO BACK TO THE CRUISE SHIP" --This was our first trip to Asia; being from Canada we had a very POSITIVE culture shock. Would
I stayed at Sokha Angkor Resort with my husband and our 9-year-old son. We enjoyed everything in this hotel - the spacious room, the elegant lobby, the rich breakfast, the SPA services. Starting from the free airport pick-up to the transfer back to the airport the last day - all was smooth and nearly perfect. The concierge arranged for us a tuk-tuk for visiting the temples and a Russian speaking guide and this really made our visit to Angkor Wat memorable and enjoyable! I highly recommend Sokha Angkor Resort for its good location, lovely well-equipped rooms and flawless service of everyone working there.
