I am a tour leader of Taiwanese group, my group always happy with Sokha Hotel, It was nice to talk to you Mr. Ouk at lobby, regarding to your questions about my guest feedbacks, they really happy with your Hotel and staffs but they only suggests to have more staffs can speak Taiwanese, I know you have Ms. Leakna can speak well, but we suggest to have more staffs. Everything fine, Rooms, pool, SPA, breakfast, Limousine, Hotel location, service are fine, especially all staffs here very friendly.

The service by hotel staff（Ms.chetra) was excellent!The staff was very friendly and accommodating. 

落ち着いたホテルの雰囲気で、ゆったり過ごすことが出来ました。立地は都心にありますが、ホテルの敷地に入ると静かな空間が広がっています。
日本語を勉強中のMs.Chetraがとても親切に対応してくれて、心強かったです。
キュートな笑顔が素敵です。
