I stayed for 2 nights as part of a Princess Cruises overland tour, so I had no idea what to expect. The hotel is beautiful, with fresh flowers and dark wood at every turn. But it was the little touches that make me want to go back. The plate of mini bananas and bottled water left as a snack in my room. The ice sculpture and truly magnificent buffet dinner they threw for our relatively small group (21 people) in front of the fountains at the pool on our final evening, plus cultural dance show as entertainment. They made me feel like a dignitary. Oh, and there's a spa on the bottom floor where I was able to get a massage appointment, 90 minutes for $50. Insanely good deal. Worth ditching the last couple of temples to experience

We stayed here for 3 nights in December. It was lovely and very clean. The staff in every part of the hotel were professional, very friendly and helpful. They even remembered my breakfast diet coke each morning. The holiday decorations were also fantastic and quite a surprise. Even though it is a large hotel, you receive personal attention.

This is an amazing hotel. We stayed for 5 nights over the Christmas period. We were made to feel more than welcome as soon as we walked into it. All of the staff were well mannered, professional and extremely well presented. 
This is a luxury hotel but by no means expensive.
We stayed in a City View Room which overlooked the front of the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was massive, and each evening the bed was turned down with gifts of chocolates, cheeses or cakes left on the table, a lovely touch and made us feel special.
Breakfast was excellent each morning with a wonderful selection of food. We ate several times for lunch in the bar, the Fish Fingers and Spring Rolls were superb!!

Review: I would like to recommend this hotel to guests who coming to stay in Siem Reap City for future holiday. The lobby and room was spacious. Fantastic breakfast fully choices. Mr. Rattana and Ms.Leakna were helpful and friendly. I will come back here again soon.

Hotel is located just in town, very easy to access to buy everything we want to buy.
Staffs are nice and friendly, the service is excellent, we got a huge touched from Mr. Sothea and his team. 
Room are clean the salty pool is large.. my daily breakfast with lovely coffee at the restaurant,
