호텔이 아늑하고 편안했습니다. 위생 상태도 괜찮았고, 룸컨디션도 좋았습니다. 조식도 맛있었습니다. 특히 쌀국수가 맛있었습니다. 시내 접근성이 좋아서, 펍스트리트나 나이트마켓이나 올드마켓의 경우 도보이동 가능, 위치가 좋았습니다. 수영장이 매우 좋았고, 레스토랑들도 다 좋았습니다. 직원들이 항상 친절하게 대해줬고 특히 Ms. Chetra 씨가 late check out도 친절히 응대해주고 객실까지 직접 동행해서 하나하나 불편함 없게 잘 대해줘서 고마웠습니다.

エントランス、チェックイン、外出時、食事のとき、コンシェルジェ…みな素敵でした食事美味しい！特にパンがおいしかった！コーヒーもなかなかおいしいです。サービスの１５分フットマッサージ、これだけやるのは気が引けたのですが、笑顔で対応してくれて、うれしかったロケーションもオールドマーケットまで歩ける距離のんびりしながら、遺跡巡りをするには、とても良いところです

any expectations, very spacious rooms with enormous beds and a lobby area you could get lost in. Swimming pool with all facilities, and a breakfast for any taste on the globe.

I stayed for 2 nights as part of a Princess Cruises overland tour, so I had no idea what to expect. The hotel is beautiful, with fresh flowers and dark wood at every turn. But it was the little touches that make me want to go back. The plate of mini bananas and bottled water left as a snack in my room. The ice sculpture and truly magnificent buffet dinner they threw for our relatively small group (21 people) in front of the fountains at the pool on our final evening, plus cultural dance show as entertainment. They made me feel like a dignitary. Oh, and there's a spa on the bottom floor where I was able to get a massage appointment, 90 minutes for $50. Insanely good deal. Worth ditching the last couple of temples to experience

We stayed here for 3 nights in December. It was lovely and very clean. The staff in every part of the hotel were professional, very friendly and helpful. They even remembered my breakfast diet coke each morning. The holiday decorations were also fantastic and quite a surprise. Even though it is a large hotel, you receive personal attention.
