After a long day of travel the staff made checking in and a late dinner effortless. Everyone was so helpful and polite. The pool was relaxing and refreshing. The room was huge and well air conditioned. There was a brief power surge, but the back-up came on within seconds. I’ve read some reviews saying the room was too dark. I didn’t find that. I think after being in blinding sun all day it might appear dim at first. Only a brief tuk tuk ride to the night market.

Checkin was a breeze. You just sat in the beautifully decorated stadium size lobby and it was done for you. Our room was enormous but towards the end of a very long corridor. It took a long walk to get to the elevator. The bed was so large that a king size mattress could have fit easily in the center with lots of extra room on each side. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was opulent. Only two relatively minor quibbles: the AC made the room marginally comfortable for sleeping but I would have liked it to have more power and chilled air. Second, partly because the room was so big, the lighting could have been beefed up.

Restaurant serving and morning buffet were very good, Second floor lounge was excellent and convenient, and Mr.Pisith and Ms.Sophat were kind enough. Room was clean and comfortable. Lobby was beautiful and traditional music was heartwarming. The hotel made our trip memorable.

We stayed 3 nights at this beautiful hotel! The breakfast has various options including noodles and omelette-stations. The staff and drivers were exceptionally helpful and friendly, taking us on a tour of the temples of Angkor Wat! The pool area was calm and clean. We had a big spacious room with a clean bathroom with a bathtub :) Would absolutely recommend staying here while in Siem Reap! The Pub street was a 15 min walk away. Free foot massage in the spa, and welcome drink was included :)
