Elegant Grounds Surpassed by Amazing Service
I stayed for 2 nights as part of a Princess Cruises overland tour, so I had no idea what to expect. The hotel is beautiful, with fresh flowers and dark wood at every turn. But it was the little touches that make me want to go back. The plate of mini bananas and bottled water left as a snack in my room. The ice sculpture and truly magnificent buffet dinner they threw for our relatively small group (21 people) in front of the fountains at the pool on our final evening, plus cultural dance show as entertainment. They made me feel like a dignitary. Oh, and there's a spa on the bottom floor where I was able to get a massage appointment, 90 minutes for $50. Insanely good deal. Worth ditching the last couple of temples to experience
