This hotel was the best place to stay in Siem Reap and the entire staff can not.
do enough for you.The room was terrific,the bed was the biggest we have ever slept in and
the breakfast room and food was great and plentiful.
The staff organised for us to visit all the temples and the guide Chou Vichet was the best and
Mr Vannak the Tuk Tuk driver together,could not have been more helpful or informative.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone looking for service with a smile and the old common
friendly greeting. I am not a swimmer but my wife went for a swim in the salt water pool and she said it was great.

Room Tip: Don't go past the SOKHA ANGKOR

Pros: Pool, the reception met us and welcome register when we got there, nice breakfast buffet, friendly and respectful staffs.
Cons: Gym, need update some equipment.
Location: Great, near airport, night market and walkable but a little hike.
 
We got ther late Oct and the weather was still warm. Had great weather the whole time we were there of 4 nights and it was adequately to see what we need to see. Need light clothing and good shoes,to visit temples. Sometimes we hike up steps nearly straight up but worth while if you are in good physical

Sokha Angkor Hotel is located c. 5 km from the airport and almost walking distance to the center. With $ 2 you can take a tuk-tuk (act not forget). The hotel is very well appointed, the rooms are spacious with everything that has to have a very good hotel. The service is very friendly and always helpful, even the book of flights and other hotels. Take care of when breakfast at the time, because from 7:00 am and 8:30 clock clock come up with the Chinese and South Korean tour groups and the operation is simply overwhelmed. Recommendation: Do possible from 9:00 clock or clock before 7:00 for breakfast and sightseeing evntuell later start, this is all re-covered mountains and the remains are removed. he has very good small bar

The hotel is actually very nice, near the airport, near Angkor Wat, near Pub St., and the market, it s actually walking distance but because of the heat, it is better to take the tuktuks or a van. The beds are comfortable, the view is good, service is 5 star quality, but some complaints such as the rooms have mosquitoes-must be the heat. And an advice to the FnB dept., especially for the breakfast buffet at the coffee shop. The choices are ok, the spread is quite impressive but they could surely use and improvement on their juice dept., I have heard of really fresh orange or pineapple or whatever for 5 star hotels, I have heard of hotels using concentrate juices that are taken from those rectangular containers, but I think

If first impressions count, they'd get a 5 out of 5, but it started sliding from there. We booked a pool view room, but had arrived a bit too early to check in (2pm officially), and due to some miscommunication, they gave us a room that was available (at 9am) - one that had a city view(USD140/night), BUT charged us the pool view room rate (USD155/night). What irks is that they said the receptionist had told us it was a temporary room, and that we were supposed to go back to the reception to change.. USD15 extra night isn't much of a big issue, but that's not the point. :p

In terms of the rest - location is excellent.. so close to the town, but not noisy (even though we were facing the main

Nice dans in Siem Reap

Nice hotel, and nice staff. In the center off Siem Reap. Rent the limousin, and discover the City.

Five star resort in city

Excellent resort for luxurious rooms and great service.Located in a quiet part but within 1.5 kms of the city, close to shopping and Pub Street.Entrance lobby has great ambiance and spacious in size.

Loved this hotel

Sokha Angkor Resort, Very good accommodation

Very great and awesome staff (Sarith, Borey, Chet, Sreyleak). They really take care of us. Friendly and kind staff. Beautiful facilities and amenities. Good food. Clean room. Things we always look when we get to our accommodation.
