Hotel Reviews
"Sensational. Tempting denāo go."
From arrival to exit, impecáveias. Excellent, professional, all speak reasonable English, excellent room and pool. Services and luxury rides nicely detailed and well made. Highly recommend and will return for sure! Ah, yes: clean restaurants. And the city with temples is amazing.
“Excellent hotel!”
Would recommend to anyone! Such helpful, eager to please - but not intrusive staff. We employed excellent tuktuk driver (no. 20) from outside hotel door - he was delightful and even took us to his home to meet his wife and family. Hotel is elegant and rooms a pleasure to retreat to. Delightful hotel pool - used by us daily when we arrived back from the temples sight-seeing. Lovely food - we ate in a couple of our evenings there but easy too to access local restaurants, town etc.
Stupidly left some items of clothing behind and hotel staff have impressively sorted out problem and have sent on clothes.
"That seems to be a tropical resort"
“Lovely Hotel”
The hotel enjoys a good location in Siem Reap - far enough from the busiest part of town to be peaceful, and close enough when you need to get to the markets, shops, bars and restaurants. There were roadworks at the front entrance of the hotel during our stay, but it was no problem to use the side-entrance to avoid these.
The public areas of the hotel are well furnished and decorated, as was our room. I found the bed comfortable, the room itself was well appointed and had all the normal appliances to make for a comfortable stay. Good size bathroom with plenty of shelf-space and a good shower. Cleaning done to a good standard.
We had a problem with being woken by the noise of furniture being
moved during the early hours (4-5 am). We initially thought that the problem was being caused by inconsiderate guests on the floor above, but the problem turned out to be the beautifully made chairs in the dining room which are too heavy to lift and make a noise when being dragged out from under the table! The hotel moved us to a room at the other side away from the dining room and problem solved! Maybe ok if you are a heavy sleeper, but if not, you don't want to be directly above the dining room!
Perhaps the hotel could try fitting some felt pads to the feet of the chair legs which would likely cure the problem. We found the staff at the hotel to be all very well trained, pleasant and efficient, and they dealt with our problem very well, hence the full marks!
Finally, the cake stall is just TOO nice!
Room Tip: avoid being directly above the dining room if you are a light sleeper!

“WOW!”
Stayed here in April.
More ⇓This is a stunning property. Your jaw drops once the door is opened for you by the bell boy. The lobby is 2 or three stories of marble pillars and palm trees. Stunning!
The rooms are quite large. The floor of the room i stayed in was hardwood. I had never seen that before. The bed was HUUUGE. I think it was even bigger than a California King. It was comfortable as well. The room contained a sitting area that could stand in for a dance floor. The bathroom was quite large as well with a stand alone shower and a stand alone tub. The tub was quite large and it was perfectly designed to recline in and soak.
The pool area of this hotel is just stunning. Looks like something out
