The hotel is near by night market so I could enjoy drinking and eating by midnight.The breakfast was good taste and service was so great.

Stayed at the club suite for 4 nights. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. However, the hotel needs to be updated.

We used the airport pick-up service. The driver was waiting for us at the gate. We were welcomed with the cold towel and a bottle of water as soon as we got in the car. Those totally soothed us in the hot and humid weather.

The food was good. We dined at Le Chanthou; cambodian-french fusion restaurant and enjoyed it a lot. We don't usually eat at hotels especially in Asia since we love to try local foods, but are glad we did. The buffet breakfast offers both cambodian and western food. My group had >100 travelers, the hotel had no problem providing 5 star service during 3 night stay. Pay the extra for the upgraded suite, it's well worth it. Most hotels you get an extra couple square meters, but this upgrade you get a much larger room, huge bathroom and a balcony over looking the pool.

This Hotel is a very good option for travellers to Siem Reap. The staff are pleasant and friendly while the room we reserved was large and well-appointed. It is nice and close to the central city's Old Market- a tuk tuk will get you there in no time. The swimming pool was beautiful and my son enjoyed dog paddling out to the stylised 'naga' waterfalls. Very good food and service at the in-house restaurants was also in evidence.
