Hotel Reviews
“Great pool, great location, great service”
A great hotel with mostly European and Korean clientele. We were the only Chinese during our stay there as far as we know. We stayed for 4 nights in a street-view room. The room is of a good size, and the air conditioning works fine. Light sleepers may consider paying extra for pool-view rooms because the windows in our room don't shut tightly, so that street traffic can be heard. Luckily, the traffic wasn't busy at night and we had no problem sleeping tight.
The breakfast is great with a nice spread. The pool is enormous without many people (at the peak of the high season). I used the jacuzzi twice and I had the whole place to myself. The service is excellent as hotel staff really went out of
their way to accommodate our request. Our agent may a mistake and the hotel tried their best to fix it. Our friend fell sick and we needed some ginger to make tea in small hours. The kitchen staff promptly sliced up some for us.
It's approximately 15-min drive to Angkor Wat and 10-min walk to Pub Street. You can also walk to the lucky mall (biggest mall in Siem Reap) and a few convenient stores within 5 mins.
As others said, you have to log in wifi every time for your iPad. But my android phone seems to log in automatically without problem.
The only room for improvement lies in housekeeping. They had a sign that said only towels left in the bathtub would be replaced and the bed sheets would only be replaced if you place a card on your bed. But the housekeepers just replaced everything for us anyway. We also found hair in the shower trap after they cleaned up the room.
All in all, a great stay and I won't hesitate recommending it.
Room Tip: pool-view rooms are better if you can afford them.
“Nice & relaxing”
Good hotel in near central Siem Reap.
Very welcoming staff, nice rooms, gardens, pool and breakfast on the terrasse.
Surrounding area restaurants not too impressive but just a tuk tuk away to the old market fixes that.
“Great stay in Siem Reap”
My wife and I booked a 4 days holiday through Cathay Pacific Holidays, I contacted the hotel few days before I travel, even the Cathay Pacific have not send our reservation yet, but all our requests well looked after.
Arriving at the airport found the driver waiting with a sign of our names, wet cold towels were a good treat.
Everything went well, big rooms, even was street view, but was looking on a back street with no noise as I was expecting.
The location was great, about 15 minutes walk from the downtown area. The breakfast is very rich with all food that can satisfy all tastes.
Free 15 minutes foot massage was a refreshing touch after long day exploring the temples.
Everyone smiling to you, all
the stay was very pleasant. we agree a good price for the Tuk Tuk trip to the temples similar to the price in guidebooks if we hire by our own, the driver was polite and very helpful.
All the staff doing their best to assure that every guest is happy and having a good stay.
Very satisfied
“Great stay.”
We stayed here our last night in siem reap for my brothers birthday. We got a mystery deal on wotif and we were happy with the hotel. It is a lovely 5 star hotel even though it is getting a bit old. The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. The pool was beautiful and my brother and his gf went to the nightclub and really enjoyed it. The hotel must have noticed on my brothers passport it was his birthday as they sent a birthday cake to the room even though we had not mentioned it! Lovely touch! They also let us check in before lunch time which was nice.
“We'll be back!”
Great hotel. Nice surroundings , convenient for eating out and markets etc.
More ⇓Comfortable and huge sized bed and a well equipped bathroom . The TV was a bit lacking and would benefit from a retune but we were so tired every night we didn't really bother with the TV.
The general staff at this hotel are excellent. Always happy, always asking if we had a good day or wishing us a great day if we were on our way out. Seeing us outside the entrance gates deciding which way to walk, one of the door men came rushing to us offering us a map and then some advice of shortcuts. We were able to interact with them very well and one or two of the doormen took the trouble to memorise all our names. No
