The hotel was spectacular when you drive up. You are greeted by very pleasant personnel. The front desk staff was was very clear in their explanation of the services offered. Borey, front desk person was very engaging, polite and funny. He helped us with our room in explaining details. When we went back to the desk to inquire about converters he gave us an extra one and then the next time we saw him he gave us a surge protector for all our devices. He is always smiling and very gracious!!! Pon in the spa was amazing. She used just the right pressure for a message! Always asked how I was doing.

Hotel was marvellous, staff were amazing and very attentive, particularly Soeun on concierge, only downside screaming children round pool pretty much everyday, we aren’t aren’t children and laughing giggling etc fine but this where screeching and unruly!

Beautiful hotel, big rooms and staff are so lovely! Especially Sut Borey at the front desk. He was very welcoming and hospitable even though we arrived quite late. We booked a family connecting room and got upgraded to one with a balcony overlooking the pool. Highly recommended for a serene and peaceful stay close to Angkor Wat.

The bed is very comfortable the beers cold the buffet breakfast has a huge selection of food from western style to Asian cuisine, everyone we have came across in the hotel are always happy and friendly people who would do anything for you to make your stay here the best. The spa treatments we have had where first class.I celebrated my birthday while here and I have added a picture of what the staff had done.

All the staffs are very nice and the restaurant is also very good too. Especially the staff at the front desk Borey supported our stay. At the restaurant, there are Cambodian food, Japanese food and Italian food so there are some options. I enjoyed having breakfast at the terrace :)
