We had a 4 days long back to back workshop with high level officials and the management of the hotel has gone well out their way to support us. Hotel staff worked often after dark to catch up with the meeting schedule! Brilliant the professional assigned tongue sound system, worked non stop for 4 days. Staff very pleasant and always ready to help. Overall very satisfied.

Excellent service by all staff.. They could not do more to help you. The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre. All the local people are so lovely. We spent the Cambodia new year there and we were privalaged to see how they celebrate it!!!.. It was such a lovely atmosphere. We have never seen such a fantastic exhibition of happiness and pride in a country before!!!!.. If you do Anything in your life... GO TO CAMBODIA!!!!!!!! You will love it!!!!!

My room was very large and comfortable, 2 rooms well equipped. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff was extremely helpful and courteous and I had ample place to park my car in parking area at a time when just about every hotel in the city was almost fully booked and I booked at the last moment. Relaxing anywhere on the premises is great. By the pool or in the spa.

Fantastic Hotel, great room overlooking the pool. Food was good and service great - staff were good. There was a security conference whilst we were there and we were requested to put our bags through a scanner (similar to airport bag scanners) but wasn't too sure if it was actually working.

整體來說很不錯，大聽寬敞蠻氣派的，只是房間很多，電梯在50號左右的地方，如果房號比較前面要走蠻久的，走了ㄧ天下來會覺得房間好遠啊⋯住的是面泳池的房間，泳池很大很舒服！
美中不足的是wifi不是很穩！
