Will not hesitate to come back to this place! All the staff are great to the guests.
The welcoming was superb, as well as to the amiability of everyone here.
Good location, excellent morning buffet, nice swimming pool. 
Next time will try to use the spa...

Huge rooms and great service. They can arrange a guide and driver for temple visits at very reasonable prices.
The concierge desk is superb and nothing is too much trouble for them. 
The restaurants are good quality and the staff unfailingly smiling and cheerful. For the money it's hard to fault.

This is a spacious hotel with spacious rooms close to all tourist sites. The hotel has a beautiful pool as well.

Although we were book into a non smoking floor we found that cigarette smoke was coming from the room next door. This was brought to the attention of the reception who said they will look into this but nothing changed. After the neighbour checked out the smell of smoke also went away. It would have been nice if the management took more effective action against those who violate the hotel rules.

Although the hotel has all the mod cons it somehow or other feels lacking in something. Some minor things like, stains in the bath tub etc makes it of lower standard than what it should be. I suspect

I visited this hotel back in Sep2014, and I feel like everyone visiting Siem Reap needs to know about this paradise on earth! This hotel is 'to die for'. It's beautiful. From the grand lobby entrance, to its lower ground massage/spa area, and its salt-water pool. It's just beautiful and relaxing. There is a well equipped and good sized gym. Steam and sauna. There is also a nice hotel cafe, with good selection of sandwiches and coffee and drinks, at the ground floor of the hotel at the centre of the lobby looking out onto the large salt water pool. 
The rooms are big, nicely furnished, in a traditional warm cozy style. The bathrooms are very well stocked with amenities from toothbrush, to earbuds, to combs, to shaver
