Thanks all Sokha staffs for providing me and my friend a great service that never experienced before even we have travelled a lots. Sokha is the best one, especially at the front desk staff very friendly, we never alone when get at the lobby, Managers always around and take of us, they ask for help every single thing, we never need to ask for help but we need to answer our need, all of my friends are very happy with services.
The room was cleaned and upgraded to pool view, the pool was wisely big and nice, break first have many choices of foods.
The hotel located to city center that we could walk to the pub street and night market.
Orally perfect and recommend to all people who visit Siem reap.

Stayed here for a few days as a base to visit the temples and what a treat, the hotel was everything you would expect 5* and more, beautiful central pool area which the rooms overlook, great rooms, great food and exceptional staff, all in I would recommend to anyone.

Great staff, great pool, great cocktails. Comfy rooms and air con was fantastic too. Nice location and the tuk tuks coming to the hotel was a great feature. Id happily stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

1. Location - excellent. Loved staying close to the night markets, restaurants, bars in the city. Tuk tuk drivers right outside are fast, cheap, easy.
2. Hotel - the hotel looks great! Rooms are spacious. The hotel pool is AWESOME, clean, large, fun. Kids loved it! (Pool staff for food were great too!)
3. Staff - wow...so nice, so helpful. Always attentive. Special shout out to the club staff who were so nice and attentive!
4. Breakfast - large choices, fresh, and delicious.

Great stay and we look forward to coming back. 5 stars!

街の中心部Pub StreetやOld Marketまで歩いて15分程度で、近辺にはATMやスーパー、小規模ながらもデパートなどもあり便利。ホテル自体はシェムリアップとしては大きめで、韓国人・中国人・日本人の利用が多い。全体的に若干古さを感じるようになってきており、それに反映してか料金もリーズナブルになってきている様子。
残念ながら、最終日の空港トランスファーについて、前の夜にフロントに伝えていたことが翌日の朝には伝わっておらず、バタバタしたが、全体的には合格点。5つ星にはなっていたが、ただ豪華さは特にない。
