Definitely Coming Back Again
Our one night stay at the Sokha Angkor Siem Reap was enough to convince me that it will be our chosen hotel of stay with my family the next time I am back in Siem Reap. Its central location made sightseeing, shopping, and dining so enjoyable and easily accessible.
The room is high standard with pillow preference option, breakfast buffet selection is exceptional, and swimming pool is like an oasis that is tastefully designed. The front desk and concierge staff are friendly.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who may be in Siem Reap on business or pleasure. Our family holiday in Siem Reap will be in our holiday calendar soon.
Great Resort and superb staff.
I arrived to check in with my partner who was extremely distressed and unwell, suffering heat exhaustion and possible food poisoning. Kimsur immediately and without hesitation showed us into our rooms and arranged for a doctor to attend to my partner within minutes. She completed check in once my partner was comfortable. Later, when we sought further medical attention, Kimsur again arranged this promptly, and provided further comfort and support over and above what was expected from a
staff member at the checking desk. So thank you to Kimsur and other friendly staff who offered support and made our visit pleasant in difficult circumstances.
A good week in Siem Reap
It was a wonderful week in Siem Reap for our conference with time to enjoy sightseeing of the Angkor temples and shopping at the night market as well as enjoying the traditional massages. The hotel was well located and it was easy to get around from it. The hotel staff made me feel very welcomed and the room ambience was fantastic with the greenery outside complementing the lovely wooden furnishing in the room. This was my 3rd visit to Siem Reap and the best hotel I stayed at here.
Pea's Efforts Will Definitely Have us Back!
Our experience was great at the hotel, but what made it exceptional was the restaurant manager, Pea. He went above and beyond to help us have delightful breakfasts four mornings in a row. Overall, the staff was very attentive, considerate, and made us feel taken care of.
Pea, you make the best coconut milk hot chocolate. Thank you so much! Arkoun <3
P.S. We loved the pillows and the pillow menu is a nice touch :)
