The hotel is slightly out from the centre of Phnom Penh but I found this to be the perfect place to escape the crowded tourist sites. Traffic in the city is chaotic, but there is a ferry across the river just outside the hotel which takes you to the Royal Palace.

I stayed in a deluxe room on the 15th floor and was surprised to find the room was incredibly spacious. The room was tranquil, with a short hallway separating me from the hotel corridor and air-con. The king-sized bed was extremely comfortable, with huge fluffy pillows. I had more storage space than I knew what to do with, but it was a nice touch.

The bath was my favourite part of the hotel room because it was a huge, free-standing bathtub. I

We spent 5 nights here on a family visit to Angkor Wat. The rooms were clean and spacious and we enjoyed using the pool. Breakfast was also great.

Sam Bon and his colleague Loem Chivleang were very helpful during our stay, as were all the hotel staff we interacted with, who were friendly and efficient.

The hotel is around 20 minutes away from Angkor Wat by tuk-tuk or taxi, so it's convenient for tours.

The gym facilities seemed like they had been mothballed during Covid and probably need refurbishing.

Overall though, it was a great place to stay.

The hotel was excellent. The rooms were spacious and our bed was huge. The buffet breakfast was great as well. Lots of variety, both hot and cold. The staff was also exceptional; the team of Bunchav, Meanna, and Lin was very helpful with all our little requests. They were always friendly and smiling and you couldn’t help but feel welcome. I would have liked more English TV channels, but I didn’t come to Siem Reap to watch TV! Definitely a great place to stay.

The hotel is a very good quality, and has two good size swimming pool on the complex.

The rooms a very good and spacious.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, Lin helped on our last day to extend our room as had an evening pick up.

The hotel was very nice, but the staff really made this a great place to stay. Huge thank you to Meanna, Buncha, and Bountherh just to name a few. Our room was very spacious, clean, and well appointed. The A/C worked great - which was a huge plus because of the heat. Great swimming pool and outside area. Highly recommend!
