The hotel has nice architecture and the staff were really nice like Vontey and Ila. They were able to assist us for all our requests and was really accommodating.

Wir hatten 2 Übernachtungen gebucht, weil wir Ankorwat besuchen wollten. Weil unsere Maschine 4Std. Verspätung hatte, kamen wir sehr spät und entsprechend müde und hungrig im Hotel an. Wir wurden sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und bekamen auch zu später Stunde ein vorzügliches Abendessen. Zu unserer Tempel-Tour (Start 5:00h) bekamen wir ein großes Lunchpaket eingepackt.
Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und darauf bedacht seinen Gästen eine traumhaft schöne Zeit zu gestalten. Die Zimmer sind riesig und verfügen über Balkone mit Möblierung. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls sehr groß und mega gepflegt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

I just wanted to share how deeply grateful I am for the extraordinary experience I had during my stay. From the moment I arrived, every member of the team treated me with such genuine warmth, attentiveness, and care that I truly felt like I was coming home rather than checking into a hotel.

At checkout, I realised that I had left an expensive bag full of souvenirs at a spa in downtown Siem Reap. The manager Ms. Soriya Damrong stepped in to check with the spa, going out of her way to keep me updated, pick it up from the spa, and even helped me to ship it back to my home country. Thanks to her, I got the entire bag back. I'm so amazed at her routine updates, going out of the way to reassure me and ensure that my
