Good Service
I recently have a training held at Sokha Siem Reap Resort & Convention Center, and I would like to highlight the excellent service provided by one of the staff members, Mr. Keo Rach.
He was friendly, professional, and attentive. He provided fast and timely customer service, always ensuring that everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. His positive attitude and willingness to help truly made a difference in my experience at the resort.
Mr. Keo Rach is a great example of outstanding hospitality and customer care. Thank you for the wonderful service, and I highly recommend Sokha Siem Reap Resort because of dedicated staff like him.
Great customer service
It was a nice hotel with nice service. Rach provided me with veg options going out of his way and cook Siehe provided special veg dish for me as I was the only veg person in the large group.of about 40 . Really appreciate their efforts

1st class hotel with excellent service
We stayed at the Sokha Angkor resort in October while on tour with Gate 1. The location of the hotel was relatively close to city center, the room was clean and spacious. A big thank you to the front desk staff tripped over themselves to be helpful. They were very polite and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel in Siem Reap. It was Avery relaxing comfortable stay.

Very excellence service from Kongkia in arranging meeting rooms and private luncheon area during thy ASEAN Insurance Regulators Meeting in Nov 2025. Kongkia is very experienced and is willing to help with service.
