We spent three nights at this hotel at the end of an intensive three week trip through Vietnam, Laos and finally Cambodia. While my husband claims he would have liked to stay in the centre of Phomh Penh I was delighted to find our agent had booked us into this hotel, on an island, on the other side of the city where it was quiet and calm. We were upgraded to an enormous 15th floor room with a huge bed, and an almost as large bathroom with automatic washing loo and both rooms had stunning views of the river and the city.
The service was exemplary, the pool bigger than an Olympic one and with sun loungers and pool service always available, and breakfasts were terrific.

The structure is very large, decentralized because located beyond the river, very wide entrance, slender acceptance, good sized room with simple furnishings, modern bathroom, quite good breakfast

This is a beautiful place, very comfortable, and well-located. Our room was large and very convenient. The bed mattress was too soft though. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was perfect!

Although a bit far from the city center, this hotel is ideal (albeit, 5 euros tuk tuk for the Royal Palace). Quietly, we were able to enjoy both quiet evenings on the roof terrace and the pool after a day of sightseeing, with only two or three people each time. The rooms are spacious, clean, very well equipped. The bathroom is beautiful, too bad we could not enjoy the beautiful bath since impossible to close, the bung not working. The view of the Mekong is fantastic.

- hotel looks like built in the late 90ties ( I was quite shocked to learn it was opened in the year of 2016 only )
- rooms are spacious but ascetically furnished and design is quite outdated
- staff is struggling with English ( including reception and conscierge )
- old school paper coupons for breakfast
- you access swimming pool thru restaurant ( no other access available )
- filthy smell in corridors
- located on the middle of nowhere
Anyway my rate is finally 4 stars because staying there longer I could discover little treasures of this hotel:
- hotel is
