Perfect Stay, Stunning Service
Me and my wife stayed here for 3 days from Jan 18- 20 but will definitely back again on vacation. Loved everything about this hotel - relaxing and quiet staycation out of the city. Customer experience is outstanding in every aspect (elegant lounge, room service, breakfast in Mohori, the Khmer Bistro/Bar, huge pool and big screen to enjoy, Spa facilities, gym which we enjoy the most, etc.) the rooms are classy and clean and the location can't be beat. You can be at Angkor booth in 3 minutes, and to other attractions are near the resort and were only about 10-15 minutes from Siem Reap airport.
Thumbs up to staff 'Sim Kimsith' the way he handles us is spectacular. It's agreat place to stay. Staff were caring, friendly
and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals from Bfast are very good and our most favorite -Pizza and pastries- Staff 'Sengdoeun' was also accomodating and made our dinner in a fascinating way. 'Barang' the guy who is in charge in airport transfer made us comfortable and safe.
For tuktuk driver ask for the hotel concierge and look for 'Pek Loam' he drives safely and will just wait while you are enjoying the tour/ shopping.
I highly recommend to try Sokha Siem Resort for your staycation at Cambodia.
Good hotel, good service
Situated right next to the Angkor Wat ticket office, it's not close to the center of Siem Reap. It's a huge complex with well over 1200 rooms, it even houses the Korean Consulate. This may in part explain why there are huge numbers of Korean tourist staying at the resort.
The hotel offers free airport pickup. All you need to do is to email them a day in advance. The driver offers you cold towels and cold drinks as he brings you to the vehicle. Very thoughtful.
Rooms are clean, quiet and spacious, offering modern amenities. Staffs are polite and very kind. The Japanese restaurant on site: Takeono serves very well prepared Japanese cuisine. Food quality at the Chinese restaurant - Lemongrass is very
decent too.
Excellent hotel in Siem Reap
The new Sokha resort is huge. We stayed in Ta Prom building. All the people there were very friendly especially Mr. Pisey (Assistance front desk manager). He tried his best to assist us with our requests. Many thanks to him. We stayed in the junior suite which is very spacious and extra large bed.
Good choice of breakfast but can be very crowded especially during peak season.
Overall we had a pleasant and nice stayed!
間違えないです
外に夜遊びに行くには少し不便ですが、部屋の設備などは全く問題なく居心地が良いホテルです。
少し壁が薄くとなりの音が聞こえるけれども、テレビをつければ問題ないと思います。
Fabulous start to our honeymoon
Siem Reap was the first stop on our recent trip, and this hotel was a fabulous way to get us started off on the right foot. I couldn't think of a better place to recharge our batteries for temple hopping after 2 days of flights. They upgraded our room on account of it being our honeymoon and set the room up very nicely, along with a sweet welcome basket. The room was immaculate and the staff welcomed us warmly at the end of every day.
