But what impressed me the most was staff knowledge of the guests. There was one staff member in particular who knew my name from the first or second day I was there, she also knew my room number. And when I asked to leave some items for two other guests she immediately knew the rooms they were in. Never had such an experience like that before and I have stayed at hotels around the world. Her name is Lin. A remarkable employee and typical of the “specialness” of Sokha Resort.

I stayed at this hotel for four days to visit Angkor Wat and other places near the Siem Reap. The rooms were clean, spacious, quiet and we felt cozy.
