大堂的浮雕非常的有柬埔寨特色，精美细致，充分显示了高超的柬埔寨的浮雕水平，几个柱子的浮雕也很好，宽宏大器，楼层很高。大堂这里的标示牌有很多中文的显示，特别是简体字，让我们旅客都觉得方便实用。哎，房间的那个床垫非常的舒服哦，这是我住过酒店最好的一个床垫，房间的清洁非常的非常的迅捷到位。房间的卫生服务非常的到位，客房服务对于旅客提出的要求也能及时的满足。大堂前台的几位客服也非常的专业和蔼，比如laura, NHA 和 Li leang。

酒店在细节方面做的非常好，有电梯门口那些水里面泡的花，是黄色的和红色的，花的颜色非常的鲜艳，花朵始终保持新鲜，卫生。整洁度来讲，每个酒店细节方面做的非常好，没有看见烟头，房间打扫非常干净。酒店的设计，卫生间我特别的喜欢，整个木质的卫生间，洗漱台是木质的，非常显示了柬埔寨她特有的木材特产。大堂第一印象非常的明显的柬埔寨风格，浮雕非常的美。大堂的小姐姐laura笑容明媚，专业有礼，中文水平不错。！。！
