I just finished a 13 day stay at this resort for my bootcamp and I must say that this is the best hospitality that I have ever experienced in my life. The staffs were very helpful and friendly and they would do anything to make sure that we feel comfortable. The room was always kept clean and well maintained. All the meals I had were really delicious and the restaurants were very clean and peaceful. The pools was very big and clean, The spa center was very peaceful and quiet, and the gym equipments are all new and clean. The front desk staffs Sreymom, Kanha, Nary and Srey Roth were really helpful and welcoming both during check-in and check-out and were always ready to help me answer any questions that I had. This hotel is quite luxurious and well prepared. Each employee's manner is so helpful and friendly. There're plenty of food both national and international and it all tastes good. I stayed there for two weeks for a business trip and it was nothing but a really nice experience. The staffs were really nice and helpful. Shoutout to Nirodey, Nary, March, and Mom for really good service. The hotel offers many services to add to our convenience such as a buggy transportation that is always available even in the middle of the night. The food was awesome and delicious. Staffs were very friendly and treated us really well and with respect. The whole two weeks stay was really worth it and I would recommend this to everyone who are looking to visit Siem Reap. Not a single bad experience throughout my entire stay.
