Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, der Service einfach traumhaft und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Hotel erfüllte alle unsere Wünsche und Ansprüche, Frühstücksbuffet und Abendessen sehr gut und reichlich. Essensumbestellung klappt direkt. Pool ist traumhaft.

ツアーで連泊利用でした。バスタブとシャワーが別でお湯の利用も問題なく、雰囲気もゴージャスで良い。スタッフの対応も早いし、笑顔で親切が心地良い。街へはトゥクトゥクになるがポーターが呼び寄せてドライバーに行き先告げてくれて間違いもなく往復で利用できるので安心。スパも充実で割安利用できる

Excellent stay and exceptional service from the friendly most helpful staff from rooms service to management, Ms Kimhoung was very professional and exceptionally helpful with any requirements during our stay , and with that said we will have no hesitation on returning. The rooms are of great quality, as are the amenities Great breakfast buffet Large swimming pool with luxurious beds with shades Sauna , wet room , spa all very clean and impeccable. Transport into town is available outside and under 10 minutes which made our stay quiet and relaxing. The only thing I would suggest to be improved is the menu with limited options and lack of choice , but the food is of great quality.

The Jasmine Spa in the Hotel is highly recommended! I was in the hotel while visiting a conference and spent a week in Siem Reap. The Jasmine Spa and especially the warm and extremly friendly and professionel staff made the stay for the guests pleasent and unforgetable! They offer numerous different packages on treatments from which the guests can choose. I have tried three of them. Every second day of my stay I took another treatment and all were excellent. The politeness, courtesy and the hospitability of the staff can be taken as a good exampel for a high class hotel. Thank you!!!
