The hotel is very nice and clean. Everything was perfect from beggining to the end of stay. Recepcionist Ms. Lin was top class support for everything, from the check in/out, transportation arrangemets, tourist tips, what to see, etc. - she is a very versatile, quick and kind young person. She had a lot of patience for every our request as well :D.

Очень хороший отель! У меня день рождения был. Отель поздравил букетом цветов и тортом! Пляж отличный! Сотрудники отзывчивые и внимательные, доброжелательные. Завтраки, постель, уборка- все на 5 звёзд! Расположение отеля очень хорошее. Все в пешей доступности. Спасибо всем! ❤️

Great service and friendly and helpful staff. Especially the receiptionist manager Mss.Kimhoung she is very friendly and helpful and Mr. Bun Chav very friendly he checked jn me very good seevice . breakfastis is good, clean place and great service, big and beautiful

The lobby and rooms were impeccably clean, setting a warm and welcoming tone when you walk in. The staff at Sokha are outstanding—always smiling, welcoming, and eager to assist with any needs. Special mention to Mr. Sambom and Mr. Saroven, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Mr. Sambom was very pleasant to chat with and gave us a fun tour around the facility in the resort’s "Rolls Royce" golf cart. Overall, Sokha Siem Reap Resort is an excellent choice for anyone looking for exceptional service, a clean and comfortable hotel. We highly recommend it!
