here is great. One of the best that I have had.
3. Staff. They are very friendly and laugh very easily. I needed something printed. I emailed it to them and by the time I got the desk it was printed and in an envelop. I did complain about our neighbors noise level. That was immediately taken care of.

Things to think about:
1. They will help you set up tours, Tuk Tuks and cars. If you like your driver or guide you more than likely not going to have them the next day. Being new I was unsure if that was a scam even though I was told I would get the same person. I then learned they all alternate days of work. Driving one day and working the temples the next day. All three that we had were great and did not have any issues. 
2. The property is not in downtown Siem Reap. There is a local street market at night for local food. But the beer pubs are a few km's away. Not a problem for us. We liked being a bit more secluded. 

I highly recommend this resort and I will check out some of their other properties in the future!
