This is a stunning property. Your jaw drops once the door is opened for you by the bell boy. The lobby is 2 or three stories of marble pillars and palm trees. Stunning!
The rooms are quite large. The floor of the room i stayed in was hardwood. I had never seen that before. The bed was HUUUGE. I think it was even bigger than a California King. It was comfortable as well. The room contained a sitting area that could stand in for a dance floor. The bathroom was quite large as well with a stand alone shower and a stand alone tub. The tub was quite large and it was perfectly designed to recline in and soak.
The pool area of this hotel is just stunning. Looks like something out
of an Indiana jones theme park but with class.
The breakfast buffet was quite good. It was included with my room. The baguettes were fantastic. For me that was the highlight of the buffet. The baguettes were just perfect. There was quite a variety of western, Chinese and Japanese choices. With at least 4-5 stations where the chefs could prepare custom orders.
The staff in this hotel were exceptionally warm and quite good looking. I guess that must be a criteria. Many spoke english. I also heard many speak Japanese and other foreign languages to the guests. So the hotel has servers to attend to guests in their own languages. That was quite interesting.
The hotel is perfectly located. It is just a 10 minute ride to Angkor Wat. I even jogged to the Angkor complex one day. Everything is within short walking distance from the hotel.
The hotel is walled with security constantly patrolling. As such, I felt quite safe. Contrary to what I read on advisory sites I felt quite safe walking around Siem Reap during the day and along the main drag at night. If anything I was more wary of drunk tourists.
Let me tell you something, this town is super inexpensive. I was stunned by how far my dollar went. The food is so cheap and tasty. Even in the hotel you can have a full room service meal for under $10.00 US. Notice I said US dollars? It's a little crazy here currency wise as people seem to only accept US dollars. You have to fight to give them local currency. So just bring lots of one and five dollar bills with you.
At the airport you have to pay for the visa with US dollars. They have a bank machine there for you to withdraw it if you do not have currency on you. To take a taxi from the airport you will have to use US dollars. I fought them on this one and was able to use local currency. It cost 28,000.00 of the Cambodian currency. I think the US rate was $7.00. I think the rate was $1 USD = 4,000 Cambodian currency.
The trip from the airport is about 15 minutes.
You must use the spa here. It is so inexpensive compared to Canada. One day I had a 90 minute massage, a 60 minute body scrub, a facial, manicure, and pedicure and foot massage. I think it cost me less than $80 dollars. I am told that it is significantly cheaper outside. But of course you may get happy ending requests.
I found this property clean, safe and first rate. I highly recommend it and will certainly stay here again if I visit Siem Reap.
From arrival to exit, impecáveias. Excellent, professional, all speak reasonable English, excellent room and pool. Services and luxury rides nicely detailed and well made. Highly recommend and will return for sure! Ah, yes: clean restaurants. And the city with temples is amazing.

Would recommend to anyone! Such helpful, eager to please - but not intrusive staff. We employed excellent tuktuk driver (no. 20) from outside hotel door - he was delightful and even took us to his home to meet his wife and family. Hotel is elegant and rooms a pleasure to retreat to. Delightful hotel pool - used by us daily when we arrived back from the temples sight-seeing. Lovely food - we ate in a couple of our evenings there but easy too to access local restaurants, town etc. Stupidly left some items of clothing behind and hotel staff have impressively sorted out problem and have sent on clothes.

I stayed for 3 days on a tour of Angkor Wat tourism. Very gorgeous room facing the pool. It was what restaurant emissions of hotel that I had dinner on the first day also delicious, palatable. Breakfast is buffet, but the soup, such as tofu in Cambodia I really like. It was such a minimum of 3 nights, there is also a massage of 1 hour service from the hotel, it was very good tired walking around in hot is healed. I think it's a great choice to Angkor Wat tourism.

The hotel enjoys a good location in Siem Reap - far enough from the busiest part of town to be peaceful, and close enough when you need to get to the markets, shops, bars and restaurants. There were roadworks at the front entrance of the hotel during our stay, but it was no problem to use the side-entrance to avoid these. The public areas of the hotel are well furnished and decorated, as was our room. I found the bed comfortable, the room itself was well appointed and had all the normal appliances to make for a comfortable stay. Good size bathroom with plenty of shelf-space and a good shower. Cleaning done to a good standard. We had a problem with being woken by the noise of furniture being
moved during the early hours (4-5 am). We initially thought that the problem was being caused by inconsiderate guests on the floor above, but the problem turned out to be the beautifully made chairs in the dining room which are too heavy to lift and make a noise when being dragged out from under the table! The hotel moved us to a room at the other side away from the dining room and problem solved! Maybe ok if you are a heavy sleeper, but if not, you don't want to be directly above the dining room! Perhaps the hotel could try fitting some felt pads to the feet of the chair legs which would likely cure the problem. We found the staff at the hotel to be all very well trained, pleasant and efficient, and they dealt with our problem very well, hence the full marks! Finally, the cake stall is just TOO nice!
Room Tip: avoid being directly above the dining room if you are a light sleeper!
