Preah Monivong National Park known as Bokor National
Park located in Teuk Chhou District, Kampot province. Bokor Mountain
was found by the French in 1917 and developed into a resort in 1921.
In 2004, Korean film "R-Point" was shot in Cambodia and Bokor Mountain in Kampot played a main part of the movie.
In 2002, the mysterious looks and pleasant atmosphere of Bokor attracted Hollywood movie star, Matt Dillon, to shoot his first directed movie "City of Ghosts".
The beauty of the Bokor Mountain moved late king Norodom Sihanouk to shoot a movie titled "Rose of Bokor" in 1969.
