一日中ドアボーイ（ガール）が玄関にいて、重厚な扉を開けてくれます。
日本語が話せるスタッフがいました。
トゥクトゥクが外な待機していて、いつでもすぐ利用できます。
部屋はきれいに掃除されていました。毎日ペットボトルの水を置いていってくれます。
心配していた蚊など虫はいませんでした。

The staffs was helpful Kindly and amazing. Especially Ms.Davy and Ms.leakna who are kindly recommending me about the trip in Siem Reap. The room was big and clean. Beautiful pool and fully choice of good breakfast. I will be back again for the next trip to Siem Reap. And It was my second time to stay here also.

Amazing Hotel. We came here with a big group and many time. Ms.Davy and Ms.leakna and Ms. Len always helped us and kindly. Breakfast was great and rooms were excellent with the balcony and pool views .

Sokha siem reap hotel is very big. I stay there very comfortable. every morning having breakfast is very delicious. service is very warm welcome as home. I am really satisfied here. lyly is friendly also.

我和朋友一起去吴哥窟旅游，我们住在sokha酒店了两晚，我一进门就看到每个人员都穿上柬埔寨的传统服装，每个人员的态度很温柔的，我们都看到工作人员的激情和微笑，特别是前台工作人员SREY MARCH 对我们很有帮助，看起来好像她经过不少好好的训练，走过去房间的通道一直闻到香的气味 让我感觉得到非常好的心情，房间里的装修风格都是高级别的装修材料，打开电视机的时候 屏幕上显示出了我的名字（Thay Chay），电视里面都能上网，第二天早上到餐厅吃早餐 里面各种各样的早餐 ，下午我和朋友去游泳，游泳池又大又干净，住了两晚
